If your work mood is better, the relationship between pikiran, tubuh, and the environment is usually the most effective. Here are several strategies we could use:

Start with a morning warm-up.

  • Wake up with a light routine: stretch, take a short walk, or drink a glass of warm water.
  • Set a work intention: write down 1–3 main goals for the day; don't immediately pile on everything.

Create a comfortable work environment

  • Set adequate lighting (natural if possible).
  • Tidy up your desk, leaving only the items you need.
  • Use gentle aromatherapy (lavender, citrus) if you like.

Set a work rhythm with regular breaks

  • Use the Pomodoro technique: 25 minutes of focus, 5 minutes of rest.
  • During your break, do something refreshing: drink tea/coffee, look at plants, or do some light exercise.

Play music that supports focus

  • Choose instrumental or lo-fi music if you need to concentrate.
  • Cheerful or upbeat music can be used if you need a boost.

Give yourself small "rewards"

  • Finish one task → eat your favorite snack.
  • Complete all your goals → do fun activities after work.

Manage your energy, not just your time

  • Pay attention to your personal productive hours (morning, afternoon, or evening) and complete the most important work during those times.
  • Don't forget to eat enough, hydrate, and get a good night's sleep.
